PRAYOG is India’s first Artificial Intelligence based Simulation engine that does not need any coding to create a simulation. The simulation can be for strategy, for implementation of a process or for execution of a concept. It can create multiple discreet scenarios or scenarios in continuity to measure learning improvements from scenario to scenario. Prayog is extremely flexible and can be integrated into any learning journey. Prayog makes understanding of complex decision-making easy by using Neural Networks which work similar to the neurons in the brain.
We create simulations using Prayog in 3 formats:

Kolb’s Learning Cycle
Our Simulate-Assimilate-Assess model is based on Kolb’s Learning Cycle. Concrete Experience and Generalization are two fulcrums of our model. Concrete experience is provided through simulation of the real-life situation. Similarly, generalizations are provided by allowing the participants to assimilate what they have gone through after a variety of relevant simulation/ learning programs. These are supported with assessments to check (a) participants’ observations after the experience, and (b) if the participants have developed the competencies to the right depth as required for applying the ideas.
Simulation is an imitation of a real-world process or system, over time. The act of simulating something first requires that a model be developed; this model represents the key characteristics or behaviors of the selected physical or abstract system or process. The model represents the system itself, whereas the simulation represents the operation of the system over time. Simulation is used in many contexts, such as simulation of technology for performance optimization, safety engineering, testing, training, education, and video gaming.
Through assimilation, we absorb new information or experiences. Sometimes we add new information to our existing knowledge base by reinterpreting new experiences, so that they fit in with previously existing information. Our assimilation methodology is primarily through e-learning contents and simulations both together providing the participant a blended option for learning which is powerful, self managed and self-driven.
While simulation games assess participants on achieving the strategy or process execution results as the case may be, our online assessments check the learning process. Our online assessment and evaluation tool (simulations or otherwise) makes assessments efficient, fast, transparent and fair. In today’s scenario, competency assessments are adopted to guide employees to powerful learning experiences, reduce learning curves, and, confirm skills, knowledge, and attitudes.
